Coronavirus Gets Deadly In Delhi: 8593 New Cases, 85 Deaths In Past 24-Hours

New Delhi, Nov 12 || The dreaded Coronavirus has once again taken a dangerous form in the union capital Delhi. This month has seen a huge spike in the number of new infections and in the last one day alone, 8593 new cases of COVID have been registered in New Delhi.

Sadly and alarmingly, 85 people have died as well. Delhi is in fact faced with a double whammy as along with COVID, the dangerous air pollution is also taking a toll on its people.

The number of corona infected in Delhi is over four and a half million, while 7228 people have died.

From November 1 to November 9, 581 people have died of Corona in Delhi, while the number of people who lost their lives due to the virus in Delhi from October 1 to October 31 was 1124.

There were fewer deaths in the month of September than in October. From 1 September to 30 September, 917 people lost their lives in Delhi from Corona. The death toll from Corona in August was also lower than in September. 1 August to 31 August in Delhi.
