After Spike In COVID Cases, Prohibitory Orders Clamped In 11 Districts Of Rajasthan

1834 new cases have been reported in the state in the past 24-hours. The total number of COVID cases has increased to 1,13,124.

JAIPUR || As COVID cases spike across the state, the Rajasthan government has ordered prohibitory orders in 11 districts, an official said on Sunday. According to information available, section 144 has been clamped in 11 district headquarters including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Kota.

With this order, more than four people cannot gather at any public place. The Ashok Gehlot Government has also banned all types of social and religious programmes till October 31st. The decisions have been taken during a high level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.

Government has also decided to start state helpline 181 from tomorrow to deal with grievances of COVID patients and their family members. This war room will work 24x7.
