Joe Biden 'Officially' Accepts Presidential Nomination, Promises End To Season of Darkness

WASHINGTON || Democrat Joe Biden has officially accepted the presidential nomination of his party.

Addressing the Democratic National Convention at Delaware, the former Vice President said, he will draw on the best of America and overcome this season of darkness if elected over rival Donald Trump.

He also urged the American voters to come together to overcome a season of darkness that has cloaked the country for much too long.

Biden was introduced by a video that went through the former Vice President's life, and career, and highlighted his role as a father, husband and political leader. His children, Ashley and Hunter Biden, spoke before their father accepted the nomination.
