Body Found In Search For Missing Former England Rugby Player Tom Voyce

London, December 13 (TNA) A body has been discovered in the search for former England rugby international Tom Voyce, who went missing in floodwaters caused by Storm Darragh.

The 43-year-old was last seen attempting to cross Abberwick Ford, near Bolton, Northumberland, in a vehicle that was swept away by strong currents. Northumbria Police's Marine Unit located the body near Abberwick Mill earlier today. While formal identification is pending, Mr. Voyce’s next of kin have been informed.

The tragedy comes as heavy flooding continues to wreak havoc across the region, raising concerns about public safety during extreme weather events.
