Yogi Adityanath Rejigs Bureaucracy, Transfers 10 IAS Officials
Lucknow, February 2 (TNA) The Uttar Pradesh government effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle late on Monday night in which in transferred 10 senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officials. According to a government spokesman, chief secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has been given the additional charge of the Industrial Development Commissioner (IDC).
Additional chief secretary Power Arvind Kumar has been transferred to the Infrastructure Development department while the incumbent IDC Alok Kumar Sinha has been shifted to Commercial Tax and Entertainment Tax department.
M Devraj has been named the new CMD of the UP Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) while ACS Sanjeev Mittal has been eased out of Finance and has been replaced by S Radha Chauhan. Rajneesh Dubey has been sent out of medical education and made the new boss of urban development.
