Veteran UP Journalist Dilip Awasthi Passes Away

Lucknow, March 2 (TNA) Veteran Journalist Dilip Awasthi passed away in the state capital on Tuesday. He had served in many major media houses in the state at senior posts and was known for his incisive stories. He worked at Zee TV, Times Of India and was former editor of Dainik Jagran.

He had not been keeping well for past many years and had been bed-ridden owning to a kidney ailment. Many seniors in the media fraternity have mourned the demise of Awasthi. Awasthi was a journalist for more than four decades.
