They all stood on the road and welcomed him while passing from their areas.
Despite being originally from Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Minister Sharma’s popularity in Western UP now is being noticed. His inclusive leadership was reflected in the diversity of the crowd , people from all castes, religions, and communities gathered in unity. Notably, women and youth participated in large numbers, showcasing the minister’s cross-generational appeal.
In addition, there was a welcome at around 100 places. Not only that, around 1000 vehicles coming from all parts of UP could be seen in Gorakhpur on that day for his welcome choking the entire city. In addition to giving a passionate speech, his visit to the Gorakhnath temple disarmed everyone who didn’t like his rise in politics.
A similar unprecedented public welcome awaited him in Ghaziabad where Sharma received a grand and historic welcome upon his visit to Ghaziabad on 30th April, reflecting his soaring popularity across regions. Having been warmly received during his 2021 visit, this time the enthusiasm and public participation were on an even larger scale, confirming his growing stature in public life.
Over 500 vehicles carrying supporters from Western Uttar Pradesh, the Braj region, Purvanchal, and various districts including Ghaziabad formed a spectacular procession. At numerous locations, people from every community, class, and section of society gave a heartfelt welcome to the minister. This overwhelming response highlights the natural and spontaneous affection of the people for Sharma, a testament to his approachable nature and warm personal interactions.
Sharma’s address on ParashuRam Jayanti emphasised Hindutva, nationalism, Sanatan Dharma, and holistic development, striking a deep chord with both Sanatani followers and the backward classes. His vision brought people together across divides, uniting them on a common platform of shared values and aspirations.
The political significance of the event was also remarkable in the sense that political factions buried their differences and welcomed AK Sharma. In Ghaziabad, such unity among senior BJP leaders has never been seen. People were saying that they don’t come together excluding occasions attended by the Prime Minister, Chief Minister, or Union defence/Home Minister. But this time for AK Sharma’s Leaders and public representatives set aside differences to stand together, which many attribute to Sharma’s inclusive leadership and unifying personality.
