UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Maurya Tests Positive For Coronavirus

LUCKNOW || Deputy chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya tested positive for the Coronavirus on Friday, he shared this information of Twitter and requested people who had come in his contact recently to get themselves tested too.

According to Lucknow's ACMO Dr MK Singh, deputy CM's corona virus test was conducted at King George Medical University (KGMU) and his report has come out positive. He is currently in home isolation. So far 17 ministers of the state government have been infected with Corona.

So far 17 minister of the UP government have tested COVID positive. Among the ministers of Uttar Pradesh government who have been found corona positive so far, Minority Welfare Minister Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi', Industrial Development Minister Satish Mahana, MSME Minister Siddharthnath Singh, Minister of State for Social Welfare Dr. GS Dharmesh, Minister of State for Water Power Baldev Aulakh, Minister of State for Minority Welfare Mohsin Raza, Minister of State for MSME Chaudhary Udaybhan Singh, Minister of Panchayati Raj, Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, Rural Development Minister Rajendra Pratap Singh, Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh, Law Minister Brajesh Pathak, Water Power Minister Mahendra Singh, Minister of State for AYUSH (Independent Charge) Dharam Singh Saini and Upendra Tiwari, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Sports and Youth Welfare.

Technical Education Minister Kamal Rani Varun and Home Guards Minister Chetan Chauhan have sadly died of Coronavirus infection.
