Unnao Rape Survivor Accuses Security Officers Of Harassment, Delhi Court Seeks Impact Assessment Report

Lucknow, August 2 (TNA) In a sensational development, the Unnao rape survivor has knocked the doors of a Delhi Court, alleging that she was being harassed by the personal security officers (PSOs) deputed with her by the Uttar Pradesh government.

Following this, the court has sought an impact assessment report. The petition sought directions to the concerned police officers not to harass or humiliate the petitioner by allegedly undermining her activities or freedom without any reason.

District and Sessions Judge Dharmesh Sharma has directed the investigating officer of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to hand over the report with the help of local police in the case.
