Unnao, March 22 (TNA) In a late-evening tragedy, a bike carrying three persons lost control and fell into a roadside well. Two of the labourers did not make it when the firemen pulled them out and they were declared dead while one person has been admitted to a nearby medical facility where his condition is critical.

The mishap took place in the Makhi police station area. The trio were daily wagers at a brick kiln and were returning home from work when the accident took place. Dilwar (30), Sakir (25), and Harun (35), son of Razzak - all residents of Lakhimpur Kheri, have been living in Kumar Brick Field near Thana village for many years. They did the work of laying bricks.

On Tuesday evening, the three laborers had gone to the market to buy vegetables. While returning, Dilwar was driving the bike. Due to being in high speed, the uncontrolled bike fell into a well built near the farm on a kuccha road, about 500 meters away from the kiln. While Harun clinged to some bushes and survived the other two were not so lucky.
