Senior NDTV Journalist Kamal Khan Dies Of Massive Heart Attack

Lucknow, January 14 (TNA) The media fraternity in Uttar Pradesh plunged into mourning on Friday as senior journalist Kamal Khan passed away after suffering a massive heart attack. Khan was with the NDTV and was a stalwart about matters related to Uttar Pradesh. His wife Ruchi Kumar is also a journalist and works for India TV.

According to family sources, he had no cardiac history but suffered a massive heart attack at his Butler Palace official residence at around 9 am and befor medical aid could come, he passed away. Several senior journalist, politicians have mourned the passing away of the scribe.

UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath, in a condolence message, said that Kamal Khan was a respected journalist who left a mark with his objective reporting. Congress Legislature Party leader Aradhana Misra also epressed her shock and sadness at the death of Khan.

“Heard the shocking and deeply saddening news of the sudden demise of NDTV journalist Kamal Khan. He was a thorough professional and had a grip like very few on matters related to Uttar Pradesh. My condolences to his wife and loved ones,” she said.
