President Murmu In Ayodhya Today, To Offer Prayers At Ram Temple And Hanuman Garhi

Ayodhya, May 1 (TNA) President Droupadi Murmu will visit the temple town of Ayodhya on Wednesday and offer prayers at the Ram temple. She will also partake in Saryu Pujan and attend the aarti at the fabled Hanumangarhi temple. She will reach the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport at four in the evening, an official said while informing that after attending several religious events, she will return to Delhi in the evening itself.

She will drive straight from the airport to Hanumangarhi where she will attend the evening aarti of Hanuman ji at 4.50 pm. After this, she will perform puja and aarti at the holy Saryu river at 5.45 pm. After reaching Ramjanmabhoomi from here, she will have a darshan of Ram Lala at 6.45 pm and participate in the Aarti.

Murmu will also visit the Will visit Kuber Tila at 7.15 pm after which she will depart from the airport for New Delhi. According to President's Press Secretary Ajay Singh, coverage of all the President's programs will be done by Doordarshan National News Channel.

Security arrangements have been beefed up in the wake of the high-profile visit. On Tuesday itself, police officers conducted rehearsals with security agencies and other soldiers. Apart from police, CRPF, RAF, ATS and PAC personnel have also been deployed at various places.
