Political Strategist Amrish Tyagi Joins BJP

Lucknow, Dec 5 (TNA) Political strategist Amrish Tyagi on Sunday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the state capital. The 43-year-old is managing director of a political strategy firm. He is son of Janata Dal (U) leader KC Tyagi.

In the past he has campaigned for Donald Trump and has been the social media campaign manager of Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar in the 2015 state assembly elections. He joined the party in the presence of party veteran Laxmikant Bajpai and deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma.

After joining he said that the inspiration behind his decision to take the political leap was the leadership of prime minister Narendra Modi and UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath.
