Petrol Pump In Etah District Of UP Robbed, Robbers Decamp With Rs Seven Lakh

ETAH || In another incident that reflects the spike in crimes in Uttar Pradesh and the brazen impunity of criminals, a petrol pump was robbed in Etah district late on Thursday.

According to information available, three bike borne criminals came to the Fauji petrol pump and gas agency at Avagarh house on the Kutchehry road.

They aimed pistols at the staff of the petrol pump and demanded cash. They robbed the petrol pump of Rs 7 lakh and fled.

Senior police officials including the SSP of Etah rushed to the crime scene and questioned the petrol pump staff. The incident happened at around 8:15 pm. SSP Etah told reporters that they ere working on initial leads and trying to identify the robbers.
