No Truck With Any Party In 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, Ekla Chalo For BSP: Mayawati

Lucknow, December 1 (TNA) The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) will contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections alone. The party will not form alliance with anyone. “Now the public wants change. The pain of about 25 crore people has increased under the BJP government” said BSP supremo Mayawati in Lucknow on Thursday during a meeting regarding preparations for the Lok Sabha elections.

At the meeting, she reviewed the party's programs, preparations, cadre meetings and selection of candidates in UP and Uttarakhand. "In view of the tremendous attachment of the 'Bahujan Samaj' towards the party and the movement, all the workers should start working with full honesty so that better results can be achieved in the Lok Sabha elections. This will bring real welfare to crores of poor, neglected and toiling society. It will be possible,” the four-time UP chief minister added.

"Due to the anti-people policies and functioning of the Central and UP governments, the equations are changing rapidly. In the situation, people are feeling eager to choose an option rather than being dominated by any one party. The next general election of the Lok Sabha will be interesting and BSP stands a good chance henceforth” the Dalit leader underlined.
