Kalyan Singh To Be Cremated Today On Banks Of River Ganga In Narora

Bulandshahr, August 23 (TNA) The last rites of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh will be performed on Monday at the Bansi Ghat on the banks of the Ganges located in Narora of Bulandshahr district.

Preparations for the funeral are going on in full swing, with the district administration leaving nothing to chance to make the event memorable for thousands of followers of the late two-time chief minister of UP.

UP Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and many union and state ministers, MPs and MLAs are expected to attend the funeral on Monday.

Four helipads are also being built for VVIP's arriving on choppers. DM Ravindra Kumar and SSP Santosh Kumar Singh, Chief Development Officer Abhishek Pandey, ADM Administration Dr. Prashant Bharti and many officers are busy in making all arrangements in Narora since the death of Kalyan Singh's death.

The mortal remains from Atrauli will be kept for the last glimpse at the child park located in Narora, Bulandshahr. Here, local and people coming from outside will be able to pay their last respects t the departed leader. Elaborate security arrangements are also in place.
