Jailed Mukhtar Ansari Petitions Court To Allow Nomination From Mau Sadar Seat, Hearing Today

Varanasi, February 9 (TNA) Mafia-turned-politician Mukhtar Ansari will contest from Mau Sadar assembly seat on SBSP ticket and he has since sought permission from Special Judge MP-MLA Court to complete the formalities.

To complete the formalities of nomination, permission has been sought for Mukhtar Ansari's advocate, notary advocate, proposers, photographers to go to Banda jail.

Mukhtar Ansari has been declared by the SBSP as its candidate from Sadar 356 assembly seat. This information has been given by Mukhtar Ansari's advocate Daroga Singh in the Special Judge MP / MLA Court on Tuesday.

Special Judge Dinesh Kumar Chaurasia has fixed Wednesday for hearing on the application. SBSP District President Ramjit Rajbhar has confirmed this.
