Heavy Rain Forecast In Uttar Pradesh Today, Lucknow To Also Witness Heavy Showers

Lucknow, August 25 (TNA) An alert has been issued for heavy rains at some places in Uttar Pradesh on Monday. At present, the process of rain is continuing in the state. This rain will continue for most of this week, the weatherman has said. Noida has already received some morning showers.

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for moderate to heavy rains in 30 districts of the eastern and Terai region of the state for Monday. The temperature may fall by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in different districts of the state.

However, the minimum temperature is not going to significantly change it for the next four days. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are likely in Ghazipur, Ballia, Mau, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Siddharthnagar, Gonda, Maharajganj, Balrampur, Shravasti and Bahraich districts on Monday.

Along with this, heavy rain is expected in Lakhimpur Kheri, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Mathura, Agra, Firozabad, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur and their surrounding areas. Today, the capital, Lucknow, will also receive heavy rains. IMD has already predicted this. It is estimated that there may be 50 to 90 mm of rain here. At the same time, the temperature will also drop due to rain in Ayodhya.
