Four IAS Transfers In UP, Ashish Goyal Gets Charge As CMD UPPCL

Lucknow, July 27 (TNA) The Uttar Pradesh government transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officials on Thursday. Ashish Goyal, who recently returned to the state after a stint at the centre, has been named as the new CMD of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL).

The state government has also given its consent for VRS to be given to 2003 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Rigzian Sanfil. An upright officer, the had sought voluntary retirement sometime back. Presently he is working as Resident Commissioner in New Delhi. M Devraj who was removed as CMD UPPCL has been made Principal Secretary Technical Education.

Kalpana Awasthi who was Principal Secretary Technical Education has been eased out and sent to UPAM as Director General. Principal Secretary Industrial Development Anil Sagar has been given the additional charge of IT and electronics. Principal Secretary Industrial Development Narendra Bhushan has been put on waiting.
