Body Of 30-year-old Found In Abandoned Plot In Chinhat, Lucknow

Lucknow, August 13 (TNA) People had the scare of their lives when a dead body, with its face smashed was discovered by passers by in Chinhat area of the state capital on Friday evening. According to eye witnesses the body was lying in an abandoned plot in Kalyani Vihar of Chinhat.

Preliminary investigation has revealed that the body had multiple wounds on his head and face and it appeared that the man had been killed somewhere and the body dumped in this isolated place. Probe is underway to ascertain the identitiy of the deceased, an official said.
