BJP Announces Names Of Seven More Lok Sabha Candidates From UP

Lucknow, April 10 (TNA) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday announced the names of seven more candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. UP’s Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh has been fielded from Mainpuri, the Yadav bastion from where Dimple Yadav, the wife of former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav is contesting.

Vinod Sonkar has been named from Kaushambi, Praveen Patel from Phoolpur and Neeraj Shekhar, son of late prime minister Chandrashekhar will contest from Ballia.

BP Saroj will contest from Machlishahr, Neeraj Tripathi from Allahabad and Parasnath Rai from Ghazipur from where Afzal Ansari, brother of Mukhtar Ansari, is the SP candidate. Rita Bahuguna Joshi, the sitting MP has been dropped from Allahabad.
