Before You Step Out Today In Lucknow, Read This Traffic Advisory

Lucknow, April 29 (TNA) The Lucknow traffic police have issued an advisory for commuters for Monday. As the week starts and you set off for office and other chores, please read the following as we are sure you do not want to get caught in long traffic jams, especially in this heatwave.

Today, between 7:00 am to 11:00 am, there is a possibility of a huge crowd due to the nomination procession taken out by the candidates from Bapu Bhawan to Vidhan Bhawan and Hazratganj via Parivartan intersection to Swasthya Bhawan intersection. The diversion enforced by the traffic department has said that big vehicles or buses from KKC from the Charbagh side will go towards the cantonment. Vehicles from the Bapu Bhawan intersection will not be allowed towards Atal intersection.

Rather, they can go towards the DSO intersection via Sisendi or Lalbagh. Even from the Hazratganj Atal intersection, no vehicle will be able to go towards the Bapu intersection. No normal vehicle will be able to come towards Swasthya Bhawan CDRI Tiraha from Daliganj Bridge Tiraha, rather it will be able to cross the bridge and go to the destination via Nadwa Bandha.

Normal traffic from the Secunderbagh intersection will not be able to come towards Atal intersection Hazratganj but will go to its destination via Dainik Jagran. Buses 1090 will not be able to go towards Kaiserbagh bus stand via Chiraiya Lake, rather they will have to go to their destination via Bandaria Bagh Cantonment.
