Azam Khan Gets Bail From Allahabad High Court But To Still Remain In Jail

Prayagraj, May 10 (TNA) Former UP minister and senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan has been granted bail by the Allahabad High Court. The court has granted bail to Khan in the case of wrongly transferring the Waqf Board's property to his university. This decision has been given by the Single Bench of Justice Rahul Chaturvedi.

However, despite getting bail, Azam Khan will not be able to be walk out from prison. This as a new case has been registered 3 days ago. A case was registered against Azam Khan in Rampur 3 days ago for getting recognition of 3 schools with the help of fake documents. The warrant for this case has also been included in Sitapur Jail.

So far 88 cases have been registered against Azam Khan. In 86 of these cases, he had already got bail from different courts. Including today's case, Azam Khan has been granted bail in 87 cases.
