Anticipatory Bail Application Of SP Spokesman Anurag Bhadouria Rejected

Lucknow, Dec 8 (TNA) The anticipatory bail application of SP spokesperson Anurag Bhadouria was rejected by District Judge Sanjay Shankar Pandey on Wednesday. Bhadouria is accused of using abusive language for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Brahmalin Mahant Avaidyanath of Gorakshpeeth.

Public prosecutor Manoj Tripathi said that the plaintiff Hero Bajpai had filed a report on November 11 at the Hazratganj police station. According to this, during the debate on the TV channel, SP spokesperson Anurag Bhadoria had used abusive language for Chief Minister Yogi and Brahmalin Mahant Avaidyanath.

He added that this had hurt the religious sentiments of the plaintiff. The public prosecutor also informed the court that the accused is absconding.
