Prayagraj, November 13 (TNA) The Allahabad University has been included in the top 100 universities of the country, QS World University released the list. This ranking released by higher education analyst QS World University is considered a major assessment in the field of education and research. IVV has moved forward strongly by securing its place in the 20th edition of the International University Rankings.

Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World Universities has released the ranking of the world's top-1000 educational institutions for the year 2024. In this, Allahabad University (University) has secured a place in the 701-750 ranking band in Asia and 86-90 ranking band in India. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) and Indian Institute of Information Technology (TripleIT) are also included in the top-1000 list.

This ranking released by higher education analyst QS World University is considered a major assessment in the field of education and research. IVV has moved forward strongly by securing its place in the 20th edition of the International University Rankings. The list of top-1000 universities and educational institutions is released every year by QS World University.

Evaluation is done on the basis of academic reputation, employer reputation, student-teacher ratio, research work, international teacher-student ratio and then ranking is released. This time 148 institutions of the country have made it to this ranking released by an international university.

Allahabad University has been ranked in the 701-750 ranking band in Asia. The university has got 6.6 marks in academic reputation, 17.7 in citations per paper, 1.7 in employer reputation, 1.3 in student-teacher ratio and 2.3 in international research work. The university has been ranked in the 86-90 ranking band in the country. In the coming times, the stake of IVV in the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) will also be strengthened.
