1.50 Crore Tests Conducted In Uttar Pradesh, Highest In Country: Yogi

LUCKNOW || Directing to chalk out an effective strategy to curb corona in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said that cleanliness drive should be actively carried out to stop the spread of Dengue in the Capital. Along with this, sprinkling of anti-larva chemicals and fogging should also be done regularly.

The CM also directed that action to control Dengue and other communicable diseases should be continued effectively and sanitisation should also be carried out regularly. Print and electronic media should be used effectively to make people aware about corona.

Presiding over an unlock review meeting at his official residence on Sunday, the CM said that it is very important to remain cautious against corona.

So far, 1.50 Crore Covid tests have been conducted in the state and it is highest in the country and in view of the upcoming festivals, everyone should be vigilant. By adhering to the Covid protocols strictly, infection of corona can be prevented.

The spread of corona can be stopped by using mask and sanitiser, frequently washing hands with soap and maintaining social distancing. The CM also stressed upon making people aware of 'SMS’ (Soap/Sanitiser, Mask and Social distancing).
