Many of these degrees are 10-12 years old or even older. The Governor has said that such a system should be made for this, so that the pending degrees can be distributed quickly and in future, immediately after the convocation, their degrees should be distributed to all the students immediately.
He has said that there is also lack of interest among the students in getting very old degrees. The work of preserving old degrees is also being done by the universities.
