Three-storey Building Collapses In Delhi, Some People Feared Trapped Under The Debris, Rescue Operations Underway

New Delhi, August 7 (TNA) A three-storey building collapsed in the state capital on Saturday afternoon. Even as rescue operations are underway, many people are feared buried under the debris. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police, fire brigade and local administration reached the scene of the mishap and undertook rescue and relief work.

So far two people have been pulled out of the wreckage. They have sustained serious injuries. At present, both have been shifted to a nearby hospital. According to the information, a three-storey building collapsed in Nand Nagari area of ​​North-East Delhi around 1.30 pm. Immediately after this, 6 fire brigade vehicles were sent to the spot.

Locals told the rescue team that there were some shops on the ground floor. Due to which four people are feared to be trapped in the wreckage. However, one was evacuated by locals and one by a fire brigade team.
