Suspension Of Flights To And From 24 Airports In India Extended To May 15 Morning

New Delhi, May 9 (TNA) Due to further escalation of hostilities between India and Pakistan, the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has extended the suspension of domestic flights from 24 airports across the country till May 15, 5:29 am. According to officials of the ministry, Amritsar, Patiala, Ludhiana, Halwada and Pathankot airports in Punjab will be shut during this period.

Bhuntar, Shimla, Kangra-Gaggal, Chandigarh, Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Kishangarh, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Mundra, Heerasar, Jamnagar, Porbandar, Keshod, Kandla and Bhuj airports will be closed for commercial flights during this period.
