Chandigarh, March 28 (TNA) Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya on Tuesday said that in order to make the country strong and secure, every youth should come forward to serve the country and the society by taking training as a cadet of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and as a volunteer of the National Service Scheme (NSS).

Dattatraya was speaking as the chief guest during the state-level felicitation ceremony of NCC cadets and NSS volunteers, who participated in the Republic Day Parade of the year 2023, at Haryana Raj Bhavan. The Governor further said that the NCC cadets and NSS volunteers are an ideal disciplined youth for the society, who are dedicated to the nation.
