During Covid Pandemic, Yoga A Great Source Of Energy And Strength: PM Modi
New Delhi, June 21 (TNA) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday morning addressed the nation on the occasion of the seventh International Day of Yoga and underlined how the practise of the age-old yoga helped in de-stressing.
International Yoga Day event this year is being celebrated around the theme of ‘Yoga for wellness’. In view of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic, the event this year is being televised. Teh day is being celebrated across the nation, as also the globe, under restrictions due to the COVID pandemic.
Spiritual leaders including Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravishankar, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Dr. HR Nagendra, Chidanand Saraswati, Dr. Chinmay Pandey, Muni Shri Sagar Maharaj, Swami Bharat Bhushan, Dr. Vishwas Mandalik, Sister BK Shivani, S Sridharan, and Antoinette Rozi will also b holding sessions on teh International Yoga Day and speaking on the occasion. Yoga Day is being observed in as many as 190 countries around the world.
