Bitter War Of Words Breaks Out On Twitter Between Yogi And Kejriwal
Lucknow, February 8 (TNA) A day after prime minister Narendra Modi accsued the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal of promoting exodus in the first wave of Coronavirus and thereby putting at risk lives of thousands of migrant labourers and their families, a bitter war of words has broken between the AAP convener and the UP chief minister.
And the acrebic feud is taking place of micr-blogging site Twitter as the two chief minister are trading charges in the follow up to the unsavoury controversy that was triggered by Modi’s remarks in the Lok Sabha.
Late last night Yogi Adityanath had tweeted saying “Suno Kejriwal” (Listen Kejriwal). It went on to accuse the Delhi CM of forcing the labourers of UP to exit Delhi at a time when “humanity was crying”.
The saffron-robed chief minister went on to label Kejriwal as an “anti-human person”. Responding to the charges, the Delhi chief minister responded in the same language when he called his UP counterpart : “Suno Yogi”.
He slammed the monk-turned-chief minister of “giving fabricated, self-lauding advertisements in TIME magazine at a time when deadbodies of Covid victims were floating in the Ganges”.
Not to stop at this, he said little said the better and called Yogi “a cruel and heartless ruler like no one else”. The verbal duel between two chief minister’s has stirred the social media with followers of both leaders taking sides.
As a crucial election is on the anvil in UP, the bitter war of words has added feul to the already wild fire in the most populous and politically crucial state of the country!
