Protest Held Outside Amazon Office Against Products With Hindi Religious Symbols

London, December 6 (TNA) The UK Chapter of REACH India held a protest demonstration in front of Amazon office, Central London for selling products demeaning Hindu Religious signs.

The protest started at 12 noon and continued for 2 hours. Protesters raised slogans “Boycott Amazon”, “down with Amazon”, “Amazon! Stop hurting Hindu sentiments”. On 24 hours notice, in freezing temperatures, many people who thought similarly over the issue participated.

REACH stands for Race, Ethnicity And Cultural Heritage Group uniting Indians across the Globe. They started as a group of volunteers who initiated the HCI, London clean-up organised on September 7, 2019 after vandalisation by pro-Pakistani groups protesting against the abrogation of Article 370 in the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir.

They say, they are determined as per "our Indian values to maintain and counter attempts to malign the sovereignty of Nations all over the World."
