Moroccan King Invites President Of Spain Pedro Sanchez To Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Rabat, February 2 (TNA) Following a long and warm telephone exchange, this Wednesday, between the Moroccan king, Mohammed VI and the President of the Spanish Government Pedro Sanchez, the 12th session of the Moroccan-Spanish High Level Meeting has gained importance.

This historic moment marks the beginning of a new phase of bilateral partnership based on consultation, trust and mutual respect, reinforced by the commitments made during the meeting between the Sovereign and the Spanish President in April 2022.

The telephone conversation between the King and Pedro Sanchez was perceived by the Spanish delegation as a harbinger of the success of the High Level Meeting and the Royal invitation addressed by the Sovereign to the latter to pay an official visit to Morocco further strengthens bilateral relations.

This visit will be an opportunity to concretize effective actions and tangible projects in strategic areas of common interest. The Sovereign intends to make this visit a historic moment marked by an agenda worthy of the exceptional Moroccan-Spanish partnership.
