Defence Pension Workshop Held In Ghazipur

Ghazipur, May 17 (TNA) A Defence Pension Workshop was inaugurated by Maj Gen Jai Bainsla GOC, Purva UP & MP Sub Area and Shri Rajeev Ranjan Singh, Principal PCDA (Pensions), Allahabad on May 12 at a grand ceremony at Vill Gahmar, Gazipur District.

The event was organised by PCDA (Pensions) Allahabad in conjunction with Indian Army's Madhya Bharat Area. Over 1050 Ex-Servicemen attended the workshop wherein Defence Pension related issues were resolved on the spot.

GOC, Purva UP & MP Sub Area interacted with the Ex Servicemen & PCDA Officials. In his address to Veterans the GOC reconfirmed Indian Army's commitment towards welfare of the veterans. The workshop was part of the initiative to digitize Defence Pensions with pensioners getting direct access to army portal.
