Youth Stabs Father In Meerut For Not Allowing Him To Play PUBG, Slits His Throat As Well

MEERUT || Shocking news came from Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday as the news of a young man stabbing his father after he chided him for playing PubG, a mobile game came to light. According to information available, the young man, in his mid-twenties was so incensed after his father stopped him from playing the game, which has since been banned in India, that he whipped out a knife and stabbed his father in his neck.

He then turned on the knife on to himself and slit his throat. Both have been rushed to a medical facility where the condition of both continues to be critical. The incident happened in the Jamunanagar locality. Kithore CO Devesh Kumar said that 25-year-old Aamir of Jamuna Nagar is mentally weak. At around 11 am on Thursday morning, he asked his father Irfan for a mobile to play PUBG.

Irfan refused to give the mobile. Upon this, Aamir went into the room. Brought out the razor and stabbed his father's neck and feet. After this, Aamir also stabbed himself in his neck. Recently, the Chinese app PUBG was removed from the Play Store on the orders of the Central Government. Sources said that the game is currently available on some websites from where it is being downloaded and played.
