Young Physiotherapist Kills Self, Suicide Note Says Friends Jealous of My Success

Kanpur, Nov 2 (TNA) A young physiotherapist committed suicide in Kanpur by hanging himself at his home and left behind a note saying he was forced to take this extreme step as his “friends were jealous of him”.

“My friends are jealous of my success…they keep harassing me, bothering me…am tired of this and am ending my life” wrote the 25-year-old Shivam Pandey, who lived with his parents in Kalyanpur area of Kanpur.

When he did not wake up till late in the morning, the family informed the police. When the police got the iron gate cut with the help of a cutter, Shivam's body was found hanging inside with the help of a noose made of a sari tied to the fan's hinge.

Police station in-charge Ashok Dubey told that the youth has written about committing suicide because of his seven friends in the suicide note. He talked about further action after the interrogation of friends.
