With Rise In Covid Cases, Prohibitory Orders Clamped In Noida Till May 31

Noida, May 2 (TNA) Even as the pace of Covid may still be slow min most parts of Uttar Pradesh, precautionary measures have been stepped up in Noida. In view of the increasing cases of Corona, section 144 has now been implemented in Gautam Budh Nagar till 31 May. Corona cases are increasing once again in Delhi-NCR, in view of this the government has taken this decision, an official informed.

Among the newly found patients, 117 patients have been found in Gautam Budh Nagar, 55 in Ghaziabad, 26 in Lucknow and 15 in Agra. Less than 10 patients have been found in other districts. One patient has died in Chandauli. Vaccination work is also going on in full swing in the state. So far, more than 31.48 crore vaccine doses have been given to the people.

Talking about NCR, 122 new cases of corona were found in Faridabad on Sunday. This was confirmed by the District Health Department. During this 52 patients became healthy. Also 18 patients were admitted to the hospital. During this period 652 people were investigated by the department.

According to the information released by the department, new cases have been confirmed from NIT, Sector-9, Sector-78, Sector-88, Sector 87, 85, 15, 16, 12, 31, 30, 46, 21, 45, 48. New cases were also confirmed from Green Field Colony. Dr. Rambhagat, the nodal officer of Covid-19, said that at present all the cases are coming from urban areas.
