UPTET Paper Leak: Petition Seeking CBI Probe Filed In Allahabad HC

Prayagraj, Nov 29 (TNA) In big news related to #UPTET, a petition has been filed before the Allahabad High Court (HC), seeking a CBI inquiry into paper leak case. High Court advocate Gaurav Dwivedi sent letter petition to the Chief Justice, letter petition demanding suspension of responsible officers.

Demand for investigation by CBI or independent judicial inquiry or Special Investigating Agency in the #UPTETpaperleak case, the letter petition also demands compensation for the loss caused by the cancellation of the paper to the candidates.

Dwivedi, on behalf of Swadesh and Prayag Legal Aid Clinic, sent the letter petition to the Chief Justice, the government canceled the examination to be held on November 28 due to paper leak.
