Union Minister’s Son Ashish Mishra Summoned By Lakhimpur Kheri Crime Branch Today

Lakhimpur Kheri, Oct 8 (TNA) Ashish Mishra aka Mona, the son of union minister of state for home Ajay Mishra, accsued of mowing down farmers in Tikonia on Sudnay has been summoned by the police and has been asked to present himself by 10 am on Friday.

A notice was pasted on the house of the minister, asking him to be present before the crime branch office at reserve police lines in Lakhimpur Kheri at 10 am. He was also informed that a case (219/2021) under sections 147, 148, 149, 279, 338, 304A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code has been slapped on him.

Mishra has been told that he should be present before the crime branch to submit, written/oral/electronic evicence of his not being involved in the case, as he has been saying in his defense.
