Two Burnt Alive As Dumper Rams Into Truck On Shaheed Path In Lucknow

Lucknow, June 5 (TNA) A speeding dumper rammed into the truck in front of the Summit Building on Shaheed Path in the state capital at around 1:15 am on Saturday. After the accident, the dumper caught fire. The driver and his cleaner sitting next to him were burnt alive. According to eyewitnesses, the dumper was going from Kanpur Road towards Kamta.

Inspector Vibhutikhand said that both the deceased could not be identified. Due to the accident, there was a huge jam on Shaheed Path. Till late night, the police and fire brigade personnel were doing the work of removing the jam dumper from the main road and opening the jam. The inspector said that the truck driver has been taken into custody. He is under interrogation.
