Truck Robbers Arrested After Gun Battle With Rae Bareli SOG In Prayagraj

Prayagraj, June 28 (TNA) The Parade Ground area of Daraganj resounded with gunfire on Tuesday evening as an encounter ensued between the Rae Bareli SOG and some miscreants at the parade ground. When the SOG chased the miscreants, the miscreants opened fire. Soon the car of the miscreants lost control in the hail of bullets fired by cops collided with the electric pole.

SOG arrested two miscreants. SOG's Scorpio was also damaged in the firing. Daraganj police reached the spot. The Daraganj police took the car and Scorpio to the police station. According to the police, both the miscreants were wanted in the truck robbery in Lalganj police station area of Rae Bareli. Police was chasing both the miscreants for a long time.
