Three Killed, Six Injured In Rae Bareli As Speeding Truck Rams Into Roadside Shop

Rae Bareli, January 11 (TNA) Three persons were killed and half-a-dozen people were killed in a road accident in Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday. Condition of some of the injured is stated to be serious. According to information available, the mishap happened when a speeding truck lost control and rammed into a roadside Gumti (shop).

All the three killed in the accident were sitting in the shop near Konsa village of Gurbakhshganj police station area. Police officials rushed to the scene of the mishap and oversaw the relief and rescue operation and sent the injured to a nearby medical facility. Bodies have meanwhile been sent for autopsy and relatives of the deceased informed.
