Three Killed, Dozen Critically Injured As Speeding Bus Runs Over People In Shahjahanpur

Lucknow, July 18 (TNA) Three persons were killed and more than a dozen critically injured in a road mishap in Shahjahanpur on Sunday, police said. The mishap took place in the wee hours of Sunday udne the Tilhar police station when a private bus coming from Delhi and headed to Shahjahanpur ran over people standing on the roadside.

The unsuspecting people were standing outside a medical college when the speeding bus, with its driver apparently losing control over the steering, mowed them down and then hit a tree. Three persons were killed instantaneously on the spot while a dozen have been injured and are in critical condition.
