Three Kids Drown In Water-Filled Field In Sambhal

Sambhal, August 6 (TNA) Three kids drowned in a water pond in Sambhal district on Friday morning, police said. The tragedy took place in Shahpur Charan village of the district.

Two of the deceased were brother and sister while the third was a cousin. An official said they all fell in a deep pit in a rain water filled field.

As soon as the news reached, police and senior district officials, led by SDM reached the scene of the incident and oversaw an operation to fish out the bodies.
