Terrorists Atif Muzaffar and Mohammad Faisal Who Killed A Principal Get Death Sentence

Lucknow, Sep 15 (TNA) Terrorists Atif Muzaffar and Mohammad Faisal have been sentenced to death by ATS/NIA special judge Dinesh Kumar Mishra. Atif Muzaffar and Mohammad Faisal, members of the terrorist organization ISIS, have also been fined of Rs 11.70-11.70 lakh each.

They are accused of threatening the integrity, unity, integrity and national security of India, killing infidels and committing murder and conspiracy by ensuring the Hindu identity of a retired teacher of Kanpur with the Kalewa tied on his hand, among other crimes.

The court has ordered to pay the entire amount of the fine to the dependents of deceased Ramesh Babu. The court also ordered District Magistrate Lucknow to ensure the identity of the family members of Ramesh Babu Shukla so that compensation amount can be given to them. Earlier, accused Atif Muzaffar and Mohammad Faisal were presented in the court from jail through video conferencing.

While sentencing the culprits to death, the court said that the crime of the culprits is of rarest of rare category, it cannot be kept in the category of ordinary murder. While sentencing the culprits, the court said that they will be hanged after confirmation from the High Court.
