SP Leader Shot Dead In Kanpur Market, Tension In The Area

Kanpur, Oct 2 (TNA) A young Samajwadi Party (SP) leader was shot dead late on Friday nigh in Kanpur, police said. The deceased Harsh Yadav was killed by unidentified assailants who came in a car. He was shot in middle of the Barra 2 market, sending shock waves in the area.

People ran helter skelter as gun shots rent the air. Locals rushed him in serious condition on a bike but he was pronounced dead on arrival. In initial investigation, there are no conclusive leads on the reason behind the killing. Heavy police force has been deployed on the crime scene.
