Six-Year-Old Grand Daughter Of Rita Bahuguna Joshi Dies Of Burn Wounds

Prayagraj, Nov 17 (TNA) A massive tragedy hit the family of BJP MP from Prayagraj, Rita Bahuguna Joshi on Tuesday morning when her sole grand daughter died.

The six-year-old had sustained 80% burn injuries during the Diwali festivities and she was critical since Monday. She was to be air-lifted to New Delhi for higher treatment but before this could happen, she passed away at 4:30 am on Tuesday, a staffer informed.

Senior party leaders and ministers including Rajnath Singh, Dr Harshwardhan, UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath and spoken to Joshi yesterday to enquire about the health of the child.
