Six Killed, Four Critically Injured In Agra As Car Rams Head On Into A Tempo

Agra, July 4 (TNA) At least six persons have been killed in a road mishap in Agra on Tuesday. The accident happened near the Saiyan Marg petrol pump in Khairagarh when a tempo and a car rammed into each other head on, police said. The deceased includes the tempo driver.

Four persons have been critically injured in the mishap and have since been admitted to a hospital where they are undergoing treatment. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem. The driver of the car which collided into the ill-fated tempo has fled the scene of the accident.

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has condoled the loss of lives and has directed district officials to ensure prompt and proper treatment of the injured.
