Six Dead As School Bus And School Van Collide In Budayun

Budayun, October 30 (TNA) Six persons, including five school-going kids were killed in a road mishap on Monday morning, police said. According to preliminary information, the mishap happened when a school bus and a school van collided head on.

Over a dozen kids have sustained serious injuries and the condition of some of them is stated to be critical. As soon as the news of the accident reached officials, district magistrate Manoj Kumar and SSP OP Singh rushed to the scene of the mishap and oversaw the rescue and relief operation.

The dead include the school bus driver of four school students. A girl student is also reported to have died in the hospital while undergoing treatment. The bus belonged to Satyadev Vidya Peeth Inter College and the van was from the SR public school.
